The Cuisinart® Instant Read Digital Meat Thermometer is a simple and effective way to check in on the readiness of your grilled meats. This thermometer has a LCD display that reads internal meat temperatures instantly. The 5" probe is long enough to fit in any sized meat cut and the head flexes around for easy viewing. With 8 meat presets (Beef, Lamb, Veal, Pork, Fish, Chicken, Turkey, and Burger) and 5 doneness settings (rare, medium-rare, medium, medium well, and well done), you can find the perfect temperature for the meat you are grilling. The thermometer is heat resistant up to 716°F, meaning you can use it in almost every grill and smoker for almost every cut of meat!
