1 pounds boneless short ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions
1. Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add 1 pound each sirloin roast and boneless short ribs, each cold, trimmed of fat and cut into 1-inch pieces, with ½ teaspoon each salt and garlic powder to the work bowl.
2. Secure the Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place. Pulse to chop, about 10 to 12 long pulses, pausing between pulses. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, halfway through pulsing.
3. Form evenly into patties, being careful not to overwork. Cook burgers on the grill or in a heavy-bottomed pan, about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium.
