Fruit Salad


Yummy fruit salad with a twist!



3 cans chunk pineapple
3 cans mandarin oranges
1 jar maraschino cherries
5 bananas (seeded)
1 box vanilla cook pudding
1 box tapioca cook pudding


1) Drain the pineapple and reserve 2 1/4 cups of the juice, then drain the mandarin oranges as well. 2) Add the reserved pineapple juice to the boxes of pudding, then cook till a rolling boil. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes to cool. 3) While pudding is cooling, seed the bananas (cut down one side, the continue to cut down the banana around the seeds until you have banana chunks without the seeds). 4) Mix the bananas and the canned fruit, and after the pudding has cooled completely, add it to the fruit, then top with the maraschino cherries (cut in half and use for garnish)... 5) Chill for about 2 hours before serving! It is a must for holiday dinners!
