2-3 Flank Steaks
5 oz. Oil & Vinegar Dressing
5 oz. soy Sauce (Lite OK)
1/2 tsp. Rubbed Sage (or to taste)
2 oz. Dry Vermouth
Combine ingredients for flank steak marinade, and mix well. Marinate flank steak in marinade 3-4 hours in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator, turning once. Remove from marinade, and grill* on hot grill, brushing on extra marinade until rare-med. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Cut into strips against the grain to serve.
*May also be broiled in oven if grill not available.
