1 cup crunchy OR smooth peanut butter (I like crunchy the best)
1 stick butter
2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1. Combine peanut butter and cube of butter in a large glass bowl. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until peanut butter and butter are mostly melted. (Can also be done on top of the stove.) Spread in a 9 inch glass dish.
2. Combine chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine in glass bowl. Melt in microwave or in a pan on stop of the stove. Mix well. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, to set the chocolate. Bring to room temperature before cutting into small squares.
