4 English muffins, split
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of crushed red pepper flake
Pinch of ground black pepper
8 slices of tomato
2 Tbsp fresh basil, chiffonade
Reheat broiler. Place split muffins in toaster and toast until crisp. Top each half with tomato sauce divided evenly. Top with shredded cheese and herbs. Finally, top with each half with two tomato slices each.
Place pizzas on a foil-lined sheet tray. Place under broiler allowing cheese to melt and bubble (about 5 minutes). Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
