1 pkg. Oreo cookies (or store brand)
8 oz. cream cheese
white chocolate or regular dipping chocolate
sprinkles or chopped nuts, if desired
Combine one package of Oreos (or cheaper versions) in your food processor. It should look like sand. Add 8 oz. cream cheese. Combine until it forms dough.
Chill dough for about 45 minutes until firm. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls. Chill in fridge again until firm. Melt white chocolate (or regular chocolate) in a double boiler or the microwave. Dip truffles into melted chocolate and lay on wax paper to harden. Sprinkle with sprinkles or sugar, if desired. Drizzle with a contrasting color of chocolate, if desired. You may also make these with the vanilla-flavored cookies and dip into melted chocolate.
