7 eggs separated 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1 Tablespoon vanilla sugar 1/4 cup orange juice 1/3 cup oil


Separate eggs. Beat yolks with three quarters of a cup of sugar for seven minutes. Turn off mixer. Add three quarters cup flour combined with two teaspoons baking powder. Remix on low setting. Turn off mixer add one quarter cup orange juice and one third cup oil. Mix again. Beat whites until stiff with three quarter cups sugar. Fold whites with yolks also add three quarter cup flour.
