Ingredients

• 3 pounds pork baby back ribs
• To taste: salt, pepper, and garlic powder
• 2 liter bottle of Coca-Cola
• 1 cup barbecue sauce, of your choice

Instructions

1. Rinse and pat dry ribs. Season all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cut slab in half and place into slow cooker, meat side up.
2. Pour enough Coca-Cola over ribs to almost fully over.
3. Place lid on slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on LOW.
4. Cover a baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray. Carefully remove ribs from slow cooker and place on foil lined baking sheet, meaty side up.
5. Brush all sides of ribs with a thick coat of barbecue sauce and place in oven to broil until sauce starts to bubble and caramelize, about 3-5 minutes. This can also be done on an outdoor grill. Just heat grill to high, place sauce coated ribs directly on grill, close lid, and grill until nicely glazed.
