Stacy’s Creamy Slow Cooker Potato Soup

• 4.5 lbs Petite Organic Gold Potatoes, washed & diced
• 2 cups diced organic celery
• 1 large organic sweet onion, diced
• ¾ Cup Shredded Organic Carrots
• 3 32oz. Boxes Organic Chicken Broth
• 8oz Organic Heaby Whipping Cream
• 6-8 oz. organic mild cheddar cheese, shredded
• Sea salt
• 4-6 shots Hot Sauce
• Course Ground Black Pepper
• ½ C Organic Sour Cream
• 5 TBSP Flour
• 1 Cup Hot Water
• Additional shredded cheese
• Crispy bacon, crumbled (to get bacon crispy, bake several slices on parchment paper lined baking sheet, at 425 degrees)

1. Add potatoes, chicken broth, celery, and carrots to Cuisinart Slow Cooker and cover with chicken broth
2. Add 4 teaspoon sea salt and 2teaspoon black pepper
3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8, until vegetables are fork tender
4. In large measuring cup, mix flour into hot water
5. Remove about 6 Cups of broth from crockpot and bring to boil in sauce pan
6. Add flour and water mixture to sauce pan, while stirring
7. Return thickened broth to slow cooker
8. Add heavy whipping cream and sour cream to soup, stir well
9. Add cheese to soup and stir well
10. Add hot sauce, and additional sea salt and pepper to taste
11. Serve topped with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon
