Ingredients

MUSHROOM MIX: 1 Lb. sliced, washed mushrooms 1 bag dried Polish mushrooms 2 large stalks celery, diced 3 large carrots diced 1 large onion, diced 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. pepper (to taste) 1/3 cup pearl barley 4 beef bullion cubes FLOUR MIX: 1 pint milk 1/2 pint sour cream 2 heaping tbls. flour

Instructions

Combine all ingredients for mushroom mix in 3 1/2 quarts of water and boil for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Combine all ingredients for flour mix , mix till smooth (no lumps) Add flour mixture to mushroom mixture and cook for about 15 minutes. If soup is to thick, add more milk. If to thin add more flour. Salt and pepper to taste at end.
