Ingredients
bunch of kale
red and green lentils (cup each)
red bell pepper
2 carrots
onion
3 cloves of garlic
vegetable bullion cube
garam masala
salt and pepper

Instructions
Saute onions and garlic, put in a soup pot and fill with 12 cups of water.
Add lentils and vegetable bullion and spices. Boil for 10 minutes.
Add carrots and peppers, boil until tender.
Add kale and cook another few minutes.
