Southwestern chicken soup

Excellent easy main course soup"


1 rotisserie chicken - cooked
1 jar green chile salsa
1 can cannelloni beans
1 tsp ground cumin
Sour cream
Tortilla chips


Shred the chicken and place in pot. Drain and rinse cannelini beans and add to chicken. Pour in entire jar green chile salsa. Heat to boiling and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream, garnish with sliced avocado and chopped tomato if desired and sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips. Enjoy!
