Clam Chowder

1 med onion chopped
5 slices bacon chopped
4 sm cans minced clams
4 med potatoes cut into small cubes
1 can shoepeg corn - 11 oz
1 T dried parsley
1 T salt
1 teas. pepper


Saute onion and bacon until bacon is almost crispy. Add clam juice from cans. (not the clams yet) Add potatoes, parsley, salt & pepper. Cover & cook until potatoes are soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until the color tuns off white.
