Lo-Cal Vegetable SoupUser Submitted Recipe
1 can of crushed tomatoes
3 cans of water
3 packages of any frozen vegetable (16 oz. packages)
Season to taste
May add pasta, beef, chicken, rice... anything you want!
In a large pot, put in one large can of crushed tomatoes with 3 cans of water... bring to a boil and add 3 packages of vegetables... season with bouillon or whatever you flavor soup with..... when veggies are soft remove 3 cups or more and blend ... add it back to the soup. This makes it thick... you can add anything you want to make this into a low calorie, filling meal!
