White Chicken Chili

A fantastic and easy recipe, great for a cold, snowy day"


4 cans White Northern Beans (drained)
15 oz. can green enchilada sauce
12 oz. salsa
4 oz. green chilies
1 lb Monterrey Jack cheese
1/2 t cumin
2 c chicken broth
1 1/2 lb. cooked and cubed chicken


Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook all day. Garnish with sour cream and avocados. Serve with warm tortillas.
