Cream Of Pumpkin SoupUser Submitted Recipe
1 can (16 oz) unseasoned pumpkin, puree
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 cup light cream
1 tbl honey
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp curry powder
croutons for garnish, optional
Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Mix to a boil and divide into 4 bowls. Garnish with croutons. Serve immediately.
