Creamy, Cheesy Chicken Mushroom Potato Soup

This soup is great for a cold winter day. Also, it is very hearty and can be used as a meal."


1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz. soup can filled with milk
1 8oz. bag of cheddar cheese
4-5 medium sized potatoes, cut however you would like them, with skins on if desired
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Brown ground beef in saucepan until no longer pink. Drain. Add onion and cook on medium heat until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed and let simmer on low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally to make sure soup does not burn. Add potatoes and let simmer again until potatoes are cooked to your liking. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once potatoes are done, the soup is ready to enjoy!
