Salmon Chowder


1 can salmon
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour
2 vegetarian bouillon cubes
2 cups water
2 cups peeled diced potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream style corn
1 teaspoon dill weed
salt and pepper to taste


Saute onion and celery in butter in large pan until onion is tender
Stir in flour, add bouillon cubes water and potatoes. Bring to boil ,cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender
Add salmon including liquid. Stir in milk, corn, dill weed, salt and pepper.
Heat well,serve in bowls with oyster crackers on side.
