grilled chicken & dumpling soup

This soup is even great in the summer!"


2 cps. leftover grilled chicken(cut into bite-size pieces)
4 cps. chicken broth
1 lg. bag of frozen soup vegetables(I use caldo mix, less the potaoes and corn)
2tsp. celery salt
garlic powder, poultry seasoning, and pepper, to taste
1 16oz. package of potato gnocci


Put all ingredients EXCEPT gnocci, into large pot, or dutch oven, adding enough water to cover by about 1 to 2 inches.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add gnocci, and cook until plump, about 10 to 15 min.
