1 package fresh broccoli
1/2 head cabbage
4 mushrooms (opt)
1 bag spinach
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
4 C. water
1/2 lb butter
8 oz mozzarella cheese
Start with one stick butter, add onions, and cook until tender. Then add mushrooms cook until tender add broccoli. (If needed add more butter)
Add spinach cook until tender add more butter. Add 4 cups water and vegetable cubes, (Stir well) Simmer 1/2 hr to 45 minutes. Then add cabbage. Simmer until cabbage is tender. Beat egg through quickly after you shut it off. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top. Serve with hot bread and salad. ENJOY!
