1 pound of butter
1 cup of oil (canola or lite olive oil for plain or honey butter, olive oil for italian butter)
5 ounces of ice water
Honey to taste for honey butter; garlic, parmesan and any other cheese you like for italian butter)

Place butter and oil in container; pulse a few times, then let run for about a minute. Pour ice water through chute; pulse a few times, then let run til smooth. Serve plain on yummy rolls or add extras for more flavor.
