This is a healthy mixed green and fruit salad that everyone loves. My sister Anne shared this with me about a year ago and I take it everywhere. It is great for holiday dinners as it is red and green.

Ingredients
10 Cups spring mix greens
1 Cup julienne carrot sticks
1 Cup thinly sliced red onion ( I cut rings in half)
½ Cup slivered almonds
½ Cup real style bacon bits
1 medium granny smith apple, peeled, cored & chopped.
1 Cup dried cranberries (craisons)
1 Cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing: (Mix and Shake)
1Package good seasons garlic & herb salad dressing mix
⅛ Cup Balsamic vinegar
⅛ Cup White Vinegar
¼ Cup EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
3 Tbsp water

Layer Salad ingredients, pour on salad dressing & toss, or serve dressing on side.
I usually double the dressing and let everyone dress their own. And if there is leftover dressing it can be used at a later time. Yummy
