Healthy chili with barley and veggies

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey 1 can of Goya Small red kidney beans 1/2 cup of pearl barley 1/2 cup of frozen vegetables 1/2 can of tomato sauce fresh garlic clove pinch of oregano pinch of red pepper flakes pinch of black pepper 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

brown turkey in 2 teaspoons of olive oil, add tomato sauce, then add water with barley. Add the rest of the ingredients. cook for 15 more minutes or longer until the barley is soft. Enjoy!
