Ingredients
2 lbs. shredded potatoes, blanched (or 2 lbs. hash browns)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup chopped onion
1 pint sour cream or yogurt
2 cups grated cheddar cheese or a favorite cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all in a large bowl then place in a buttered 9x13 pan. Top w/ 2 cups of corn flakes or some other crunchy item you like that has been mixed with one cup of melted butter.
Bake 45-60 minutes until done.
