A refreshing take on the Thanksgiving cranberry: Cranberry Salsa with cilantro, honey, etc.
12oz fresh cranberries
1/2c diced onion
1diced green pepper
2tsp chili powder
1tsp grd cumin
1tsp fresh grd pepper
1/2tsp cayenne pepper
1/4c chopped cilantro
Tabaisco to taste

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Place 1/3 of salsa in Cuisinart. Blend until smooth. Return mixture to bowl. Stir well. Once in serving bowl, garnish with orange zest.
Serve as garnish/relish for turkey OR
double recipe to serve as appetizer with tortilla chips.
