This is absolutely the best coleslaw I have ever made. The mixture of lite mayo, miracle whip & vinegar and spices gives it a nice tang. The Splenda cuts the sharpness of the vinegar.

Ingredients
head of cabbage or about 8 cups shredded
⅓ cup each: lite mayo, miracle whip lite and white vinegar
1teaspoon celery seed
½ teaspoon each: garlic powder and onion powder
¼ teaspoon each: salt and pepper
4 packets of Splenda

approx 75 Calories/serving, 1 vegetable, 1½ fat
Instructions
Shred cabbage in food processor. Place cabbage in large bowl. Next, mix rest of ingredients in a shaker. Pour over shredded cabbage and mix. Let flavors blend about 1 hour before serving.
