This was tossed together using just ingredients that were on hand. The apple adds a sweet change from celery or cucumbers!
8 oz. (by weight) macaroni salad noodles
1 tablespoon. Mustard
¾-1 c. mayonnaise
2 tablespoon. Poppy seed dressing
¼ teaspoon. Ground black pepper
½ teaspoon. salt
⅛ teaspoon. Dill
⅛ teaspoon. Celery seed
¾ c. imitation crab, chopped
¼ c. diced red onions
1 medium Granny Smith apple, diced

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water, set aside. In a medium bowl combine the mustard, mayonnaise, pepper, salt, dill and celery seed. Add in the drained pasta, onions, apple and crab meat. Toss until combined. Add additional salt and pepper if necessary. Allow to chill in the refrigerator before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
