6 Sweet Potatoes 1/4 package of light brown sugar or mixture of brown sugar and splenda 1 stick butter or alternative butter 2 tsp. agave nectar 4 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Put into a pan and cover with water. Boil for 15 minutes or until just done. In a separate pan, add all other ingredients and melt together. Drain potatoes, add to a casserole dish and pour butter mixture over. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
