Sweet potatoes with cripy pecan topping
Ingredients
4 med sweet potatoes
½ cup of sugar
2 eggs
⅓ cup butter
½ teaspoon. nutmeg
½ teaspoon. cinnamon
Topping:
⅓ cup butter melted
¾ cup corn flakes
½ cup chopped pecan
½ cup brown sugar

Instructions
Cook potatoes cool and peel.
Blend with sugar, eggs, butter, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Bake in 9" pie pan @ 400* for 20 minutes.
Prepare topping, mix dry ingredients.
Spread cornflake mixture on baked sweet poatoes and bake an additional 10 minutes.
