Spicy corn on the cob roasted on the grill. Needs no butter.
6 ears corn on the cob
1/3-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3-5 cloves garlic
1/2 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Crush Garlic into olive oil with garlic crusher. Whisk in cayenne and kosher salt.
Using pastry or silicon BBQ brush, brush, corn with mixture.
Place ear on aluminum foil and roll up.
Arrange corn on grill (direct heat). Turn corn 1/4 turn every 3 minutes. Cook for total of 12 minutes.
Put all the corn in a cooler to keep it hot while you cook the rest of the meal.
