Spicy Brown Mustard Potato Salad




1½ cup mayo 
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
3 cloves garlic minced
3 Tbsp Spicy brown mustard
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
6 potatoes cooked, cooled and diced
1 cup sweet pickles chopped up
½ cup green onions sliced
½ cup white onion diced Optional: Sliced hard boiled eggs

Combine first six ingredients to make the sauce of the salad, let set while you combine the rest of the ingredients. Stir all ingredients together and chill. Better the next day.
