Baked Salmon with Almonds, Dried Cranberries, crumbled Goat cheese, and Cranberry Walnut-Vinegrette salad dressing.

Ingredients

1 Pd Fresh Salmon Filet Crumbled Goat Cheese Dried Cranberries Baked Almonds Mix Spring Salad Mix Raspberry Walnut Vinegrette Dressing Garlic Powder Ground Basil All-purpose seasoning of choice Spray Cooking Oil of Choice (we use Olive oil)

Instructions

SALMON 1. Heat oven to 350 2. Spray Cooking oil on baking pan 3. Sprinkle ground Basil, Garlic Powder, and All-purpose seasoning of choice on Salmon filet. 4. Cook in oven for 20 minutes 5. Remove from oven and cut salmon into large shred/chunks with fork SALAD (per plate): 1. Lay bed of salad on plate 2. Add 1 Tbsp of dried cranberries 3. Add 1-2 Tbsp of Crumbled Goat Cheese 4. Add 1-2 Tbsp of Cranberry Walnut-Vinegrette salad dressing 5. Add or mix in Baked Salmon 6. Top with 1 Tbsp Baked Almonds PREPARATION TIME: 30 minutes
