Asparagus is one of my family's favorite vegetables to eat and we eat it often. I always like to prepare my asparagus this way.
1 lb of Asparagus, thick stalks trimmed
2 TB of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt and Ground Pepper
Half of a Lemon

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place asparagus on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. When oven is ready, place asparagus in the oven and roast for about 5-7 minutes, depending on thickness of asparagus. Remove from oven and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
