Rice & Broccoli Casserole

1½ c Minute Rice Cream of mushroom soup butter 1 c celery 1 c onion cheez whiz 1 c broccoli

Boil 1½ c water, add 1½ c minute rice, set aside. Soften broccoli in boiling water for a few minutes, drain. Saute 1 c onion and 1 c celery in butter. Combine all in a casserole dish. Bake in 350 oven 45 minutes to 1 hr. It should have a golden crust on top.
