Thin-chop: 2-cups savoy cabbage and 2-cups purple cabbage. Julienne: 4 (four) radishes Dice: 2 (two) green onions and a fistful of cilantro. ADD: 1/4 cup red wine vinegar and 3-tablespoons mayonnaise of your choice.
