Raw Curried Kale

This is a Raw Light salad packed with lots of nutrients and antioxidants and lots of flavor and is easy to make.


1. 2 bunches of Kale 2. 3/4 tsp Sea salt 3. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4. 3 Tbl agave nectar or 1/8 of cp sugar 5. 1 1/2 Tbl curry powder or more to desired taste 6. 1/2 lemon juiced 7. 1/4 cp Pinenuts 8. 1/4 cp Berries I prefer blueberries 9. 1/4 tsp Black pepper 10.1/4 cp Sundried tomatoes

Rinse Kale and course chop in processer. Put in a bowl. Take your sundried tomatoes and also course chop and add to kale add your berries and all other ingredients and toss lightly and serve. It explodes with flavor.
