Potatoe Casserole


4 lbs.(about 10-12 large potatoes 1/2 cup milk 3 T. butter or margarine salt and pepper to taste 8oz. cream cheese l cup sour cream l/4 t. garlic salt l/4 t. onion salt paprika for top

Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes without skins, then mashing or putting into food processor. Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and onion salt to mashed potatoes. Pour into 9/13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30=45 minutes. The great part about this recipe is that you can fix the mashed potatoes ahead, cool in refrigerator, then bake just before serving the turkey meal.
