pineapple with cheese casserole
Ingredients
2 lg. cans pineapple (1 chunky & 1 crushed)
6 tablespoon. plain flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. sharp, grated cheese
Optional: 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed and 4 T. melted butter

Instructions
Mix: 2 lg. cans pineapple (1 chunky & 1 crushed), 6 tablespoon. plain flour, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. sharp, grated cheese, 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed and 4 T. melted butter
(Optional: Crush one roll crackers and sprinkle on top. Pour one stick melted butter over mixture.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
