An excellent cold side dish

Ingredients
½ C. uncooked orzo
½ C. uncooked wild rice
2 cloves garlic,chopped
1 small onion or shallot,chopped
¼ C. carrots,chopped
¼ C. dried Currants
¼ C. almond slivers
2 Tbs. of chopped cilantro
extra virgin olive oil to wet

Instructions
Cook orzo as per directions.
Cook wild rice as per directions. 10 minutes before wild rice is cooled add chopped garlic, onions and carrots. Drain orzo and add a small amount of olive oil and cool. When wild rice is cooked add olive oil and cool. Put the orzo and wild rice together. Add to it currants, almond slivers, cilantro and olive oil to moisten. This dish tastes even better the second day.
