2        tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

3        tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary

 

3        garlic cloves, peeled and minced

 

1        teaspoon kosher salt

 

½       teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in ceramic pot of Cuisinart® Slow Cooker. Cover and press the on/off button to turn the unit on. 2. Set time to 4 hours and press Low; slow cooker will automatically switch to Warm when cooking time has elapsed.
