Instructions
Slice Jalapeños into ¼ inch thick slices, place on cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 mins @ 350 degrees. Prepare onions and Pasilla Pepper by cutting into pieces about an inch squared. Dice garlic into very small pieces. Break cilantro into small pieces. In a food processor, combine: onion, jalapeños, pepper, cilantro, garlic. Chop until all big pieces are gone. Add dry ingredients. Continue chopping until desired consistency is reached. Add tomatoes (make sure you drain them first). Pulse-chop five or six times to chop/mix in the tomatoes. (Too much processing will juice the tomatoes and onions.) Add lime juice to taste. This recipe can also be made on a much larger scale. Serve with chips or eat alone! ENJOY!
