This salsa would be a perfect accompaniment to seafood, shellfish, chicken, pork, chips, or whatever your heart desires...or even eat it by itself!
2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped into 1/4" pieces
1 pineapple, peeled and chopped into 1/4" pieces
1 large orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped into 1/4" pieces
1/2 red onion, chopped into 1/4" pieces
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
