A little bleu cheese dressing gives this coleslaw zing. It's great with barbequed ribs!
1 bag shredded cabbage
1 tart apple, diced
½ cup red onion
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Marie's blue cheese vinaigrette dressing
1 pkt. Splenda
coarse ground pepper
sea salt to taste

Empty cabbage into large serving bowl.
Chop apple into dice
Chop onion into fine dice
Add apple and onion to cabbage
Mix together mayo, blue cheese dressing, Splenda, salt and pepper to taste, in small bowl. Pour over cabbage, and mix.
