Hearty green beans & tomatoes

A healthy low fat/low calorie side dish that will compliment any meal




2 cans French style green beans 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 large onion 1-2 cloves garlic Butter

Peel and cut the onion into small pieces. Add to 3 tablespoons of melted butter and fry in pan. While the onion is cooking down, peel the garlic and cut into small pieces. Cook the onion for approximately 5 minutes before adding the garlic. Continue cooking the onion and garlic until tender or slightly browned, which is approximately 10 minutes then add green beans (drained) and diced tomatoes (not drained) and stir together until heated. Ready to serve
