Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 4 russet potatoes (about 6 to 8 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
- Place the AirFryer Basket onto the Baking Pan and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- Put the cut sweet potatoes into the prepared basket. Spray or brush liberally with oil. Sprinkle with salt and toss. Spread into a single, even layer.
- Place into the oven in the upper rack position. Set to AirFry at 400°F. Cook for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately. These pair really well with the Chipotle Mayonnaise.
