Grilled Brussel Sprouts with Greek Yogurt Dip

We really like this served with grilled steak and garlic bread.




2 lbs brussel sprouts
2 Tbs olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbs mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt & ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
¼ cup finely crumbled feta cheese

Trim the outer leaves from the brussel sprouts and cut each in half lengthwise (so you cut through the stem). Toss with the olive oil and salt and then place in a grill basket; grill for 10-15 minutes or until slightly charred and cooked through. In a bowl, combine greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and onion powders, salt and black pepper and mix until well-combined. Add in parsley and feta cheese; mix again until well-combined. Serve with the grilled brussel sprouts.
