Makes about 4 cups (4 to 6 servings)
Ingredients
½tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
4ounces shiitake mushrooms, tough stems removed and discarded, mushrooms thinly sliced
1½pounds green beans, stem ends removed, cut in 1½ to 2 inch lengths
¼cup chopped shallot
½teaspoon kosher salt
½cup water

Instructions
Select Browning and add oil to Cooking Pot. When hot, add mushrooms and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until lightly browned. Turn off. Add green beans, chopped shallots, salt, and water. Cover and lock lid in place. Select High Pressure and set timer for 1 to 2 minutes, depending on personal preference. When audible beep sounds, turn off. Use Quick Pressure Release to release pressure. When float valve drops, remove lid carefully, tilting away from you to allow steam to disperse. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to warmed serving dish. Serve immediately.
