Great Salsa

A great tasting salsa that goes well with chips, or as a side for steaks and Mexican food. Tastes even better the next day. Enjoy!!

Tomatoes-28 oz can of plum or organic White Onion--¾ Cilantro-- 1 bunch Jalapeno pepper --I use about ¾, w/o the seeds Fresh lime juice --3 limes Olive Oil--2 0z Kosher salt Garlic powder

Empty can of tomatoes into Cuisinart processor, I save the juice of it and add to taste as I go along. Quarter the onion, add the olive oil, salt, and garlic powder, I use all the cilantro leaves, not the stems. Cut the limes in half and juice them. Pulse all together, then taste to see if you need more salt and add the remaining tomato juice to taste. If you prefer hotter, use the whole jalapeno with the seeds.
