Ingredients

7½cups vegetable or chicken broth3cooker cups instant polenta½teaspoon sea salt¼teaspoon freshly ground black pepper4tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed2ounces gorgonzola, crumbled1⁄3cup grated Parmesan1tablespoon honey½cup toasted pine nuts

Preparation

Pour the broth into the cooking pot of the Cuisinart® Rice Plus™ Multi-Cooker. Slowly stir in the polenta until completely combined. Select the Oatmeal function and press Start. Once the audible tone has sounded to indicate the end of cooking, open the lid and stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
